But, What IS Energy Healing?

Through energy healing, I have helped scores of people who have exhausted all their options, finally tackling the energetic root cause of their issues and healing from the inside out. 

“What is energy healing,” you might ask? In a nutshell, energy is supposed to ebb and flow. But when we have unresolved blocks, challenges or limiting beliefs, energy can get ‘stuck’ and become stagnant, manifesting in various ways and causing a variety of physical, mental and emotional issues. I help get to the root of the problem, uncovering the cause of these ‘stuck’ pieces of energy and helping to finally release them. Once released, the energy can continue to flow as it should, resulting in complete healing.

Skeptical? I completely understand. As a registered dietician for more than a decade, I have always taken a scientific approach to treat my clients. But over time, I have realized that the traditional way of treating issues only addresses them on a surface level. We are often simply providing a band-aid solution to our problems, as the catalyst is actually something that is buried deep in our subconscious, requiring the release of energy to resolve fully. 

After years of exposure to various modalities, and through my experience, many “wow” moments, and a multitude of client interactions and treatments, I have witnessed the power of energy in treating issues that could not be resolved using conventional methods. I truly believe that no dis-ease is random, and every ailment is a sign directing you to what area needs to be healed. Through my Accelerated Release Technique, I continue to put all of the pieces of the energy healing puzzle together, creating a space where healing is easy to understand and access.
